Marc Megna is a fitness professional, CSCS trainer and sponsored Muscletech athlete involved in exercise prescription and instruction. His goal is to motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to client as well as measuring strengths and weaknesses through fitness assessments. As a qualified personal trainer he recognizes his own areas of expertise which is getting results the healthy way, not cutting corners and making sure that his clients receives the very best of himself and his valued knowledge on fitness and health.

Program Design

No matter what your age, it’s never too late to start a physical fitness program, even if you have never worked out before, do not let that stop you. Together, we will develop a physical fitness program to fit your needs and lifestyle. My background in football, the numerous health and fitness certifications I have attained have given me the tools and training to be able to give you the very best in accordance to your body type and needs.
